Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:

- Provide leadership and alignment for subsidiary HR teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.
- Lead career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Implement performance management systems to enhance productivity.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Regularly update and enforce HR policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Review salary structures periodically to maintain market competitiveness.
Training and Development:
- Develop training programs to upskill employees and drive professional growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Operations and Analytics:
- Leverage HR analytics to evaluate the impact of HR strategies.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.
