Job Description

• Our client is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and a proven ability to deliver impactful product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, aligning it with market trends and customer needs.


• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.


• Use insights to create and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.


• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.


• Maintain and prioritize the product/sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.


• Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvements.


• Prepare reports on product progress and outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or related fields.


• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are an added advantage.


• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial technology or software platforms.


• Strong technical understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).


• Proficiency in managing product/sprint backlogs and roadmaps.


• Excellent collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
