Major Responsibilities




  • Guide clients through the documentation, submission, and follow-up process for their chosen program.

  • Stay updated on the latest citizenship and residency programs, legal requirements, and investment options.

  • Utilize company resources, personal networks, B2B relationships, and referrals to generate and qualify leads.

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored citizenship solutions.

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets.

  • Provide timely updates to leads and clients, ensuring a seamless client journey.

  • Document client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • Minimum of at least 1 year experience in a related industry (real estate, financial services, or citizenship/residency sales preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill

  • Proximity to the island is required

  • A proactive, focused individual motivated to succeed in a high-stakes sales environment.
