Major Responsibilities
Guide clients through the documentation, submission, and follow-up process for their chosen program.
Stay updated on the latest citizenship and residency programs, legal requirements, and investment options.
Utilize company resources, personal networks, B2B relationships, and referrals to generate and qualify leads.
Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored citizenship solutions.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets.
Provide timely updates to leads and clients, ensuring a seamless client journey.
Document client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
Minimum of at least 1 year experience in a related industry (real estate, financial services, or citizenship/residency sales preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Proximity to the island is required
