Job Overview
- The BOAT Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Programs Intern to support the Programs Coordinator in the planning, execution, and evaluation of the organization’s health and community-based initiatives.

- The Programs Intern will work closely with the Programs Coordinator to support the implementation of various activities, focusing on blood donation drives, community outreach, partnership building, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Program Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating health programs, including blood drives and awareness campaigns.
- Research to identify potential program opportunities and areas of impact.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to program activities.
Partnership Building
- Build a relevant list of potential partners for the foundation’s partnership drive.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Support the development of program budgets and expenses under the guidance of the Programs Coordinator.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, Experience level, attributes, and more:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Public Health, Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health equity and community service is a plus.
Job Requirement:
- Have a functioning Laptop.
Reporting Structure:
- Report to the Programs Coordinator (in cases where the Programs Coordinator is on leave, the report will be to the Executive Director).
