Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding factory workers and support staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and labor compliance policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and safety briefings for factory employees.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate issues to senior HR personnel as needed.
- Monitor workforce attendance and support timekeeping and payroll processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Canteen, sanitation and third party vendors
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with labor laws and company policies
- All other activities as required
