Job Summary:
This role involves building and managing an engaged community, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication that aligns with the organization’s goals. Key responsibilities include content creation, brand management, event coordination, and media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branding and external communication for 8thGear.
- Generate leads for Hub services and manage campaigns for initiatives and projects.
- Oversee community management across 8thGear locations.
- Manage digital communications (WhatsApp groups, Email newsletter, Bulk SMS).
- Handle website content and general social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, community engagement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
