Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR ASSISTANT to join our team in Ikeja. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. You will assist with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and time-off tracking.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and documents as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
