The Relationship Manager - Wealth Management will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
The role involves providing tailored financial advice, and investment solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals by understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
Develop customized investment strategies and wealth management plans in line with clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
Identify and acquire new clients to grow the company's portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.
Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends to provide clients with informed advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and tax-efficient strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and periodic performance reports to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory services.
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and client retention targets.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar credentials are an advantage.
