Job Summary




  • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and expanding the company's client base within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the region.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to deliver high performance and meet individual and team objectives.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales success.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
