  • We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record of meeting business targets.



Key Responsibilities: 




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities

  • Negotiate and close business deals

  • Develop strategic plans to expand market share



Requirements: 




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Availability to travel when necessary
