- We're looking for an HR Executive to support our organization's strategic objectives by managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager to:
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding while implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts and ensure compliance.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with management to address organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Humanities, or a Business-related field.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or agriculture sector.
- Professional HR certifications are desired.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
