Job Summary




  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team.

  • The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our short let apartments to ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests.

  • This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.



Responsibilities




  • Clean and tidy apartments before guests' arrival and after their departure.

  • Perform regular cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Change and wash bed linens, towels, and other laundry items.

  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, kitchen essentials, and other amenities.

  • Inspect apartments for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.

  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a cleanliness rating of at least 95% based on guest reviews and internal inspections.

  • Turnaround Time: Complete cleaning and preparation of apartments within the allocated time frame (e.g., 2 hours per apartment).

  • Supply Management: Ensure 100% replenishment of guest supplies and amenities in each apartment.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Achieve a guest satisfaction score of 90% or higher regarding the cleanliness and condition of the apartments.

  • Maintenance Reporting: Report all maintenance issues within 24 hours of discovery and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a punctuality and attendance rate of 98% or higher.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision.

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Age:20 to 25 years



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in short let or vacation rental properties.

  • Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment.
