Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team.
- The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our short let apartments to ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests.
- This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy apartments before guests' arrival and after their departure.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change and wash bed linens, towels, and other laundry items.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, kitchen essentials, and other amenities.
- Inspect apartments for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a cleanliness rating of at least 95% based on guest reviews and internal inspections.
- Turnaround Time: Complete cleaning and preparation of apartments within the allocated time frame (e.g., 2 hours per apartment).
- Supply Management: Ensure 100% replenishment of guest supplies and amenities in each apartment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Achieve a guest satisfaction score of 90% or higher regarding the cleanliness and condition of the apartments.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report all maintenance issues within 24 hours of discovery and ensure timely follow-up.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a punctuality and attendance rate of 98% or higher.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Age:20 to 25 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in short let or vacation rental properties.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment.
