Job Summary




  • You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Cyber Security and Networks Infrastructure.

  • You will architect for other areas of solution as the company deem fit from time to time.

  • Your goal is to win the customer with innovative solutions that solve customers’ problem at a price point that gives competitive edge without compromising quality and integrity.

  • You will interface with external vendors, OEM, and sales team in ensuring optimum performance of the solution areas under your portfolio.

  • You will guide the company on technology trends on areas you manage from time to time.

  • You will be responsible for achieving the financial target of the business for area of solution you manage.

  • Performance of the solutions will be evaluated from time to time as deem fit by the organization.

  • You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable (network & security) solutions that is in line with customer requirement.



Job Responsibilities




  • Engaging customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement gathering.

  • Strong knowledge of Network and Security Solutions.

  • Basic knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of coverage.

  • Keep up to date with various OEM product announcements and sales incentives and programsunder your area of coverage.

  • Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Lead or Sales Lead.

  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organisation

  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported

  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced

  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

  • Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

  • Design and help customer optimize existing environment for revenue generation.

  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations

  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC)

  • Product presentations and demonstrations

  • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities

  • Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.

  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP)

  • Support the team lead in preparing and implementing annual work and resource plans; support their applicability within the overall company strategy

  • Recognize and actively seek ways to exploit IT to address complex business, organizational and technical issue.



Requirements



Professional Certifications:




  • Candidates should possess a B.Tech qualification

  • CCNP - Security, CCNP

  • Route and Switch, CISSP, MSCA, VMware



Professional Experience:




  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience.

  • Analytical and problem- solving ability

  • Good at organizing and multitasking and prioritize under pressure

  • Able to explain technical problems in a simple term

  • Work well with people and Willingness to travel

  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work with different teams, clients, and groups of staff across an organization.

  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.

  • In-depth understanding of security technology.
