Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Junior PV Design Engineer.


• The Junior PV Design Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.


• Day-to-day tasks include performing mechanical and electrical engineering analyses, creating detailed design drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize system performance.


• The role also involves providing support during the installation and commissioning of PV systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Electrical power network design and intepretation


• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g. PVSyst, HomerPRO, HelioScope, AutoCAD, etc.)


• Strong data analytics and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)


• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
