Role Overview:




  • We are a leading organization committed to delivering innovative solutions and services across our markets. As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Hybrid Sales Leader to join our team and take our sales strategy to the next level.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.

  • Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results.



Requirements:




  • More than 7 years of overall sales experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the current sales role, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Experience with international Sales, demonstrating hands-on experience in structured sales environments.

  • Ability and willingness to work at least 3 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and team cohesion.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of the international market dynamics.
