We are seeking a Center Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our center, including academic programs, student services, and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the center, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and services, ensuring high-quality delivery and student satisfaction.
Manage and supervise center staff, including faculty, administrators, and support staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and success.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community partners and industry leaders.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in educational management or a related field
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive innovation and improvement.
