As the HR Manager at Fave Consulting, you will oversee all HR functions, ensuring that policies and programs align with our mission of providing tailored HR and compliance solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement HR policies, including employee handbooks and training programs.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Lead employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management processes.
Provide guidance to clients on HR best practices and compliance frameworks.
What We Expect from You
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of HR management experience.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance practices.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
