Responsibilities

Accounts Management:




  • Manage the school’s financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of staff salaries and benefits.

  • Oversee tuition fee collection and maintain up-to-date records of payments.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.



Administrative Support:




  • Provide administrative assistance to the school management team.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for student, staff, and school records.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and other school activities.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure resources are available for daily operations.

  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide information.



Qualifications and Skills




  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial records.
