We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and implement strategies across our transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each subsidiary to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer demands and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate
