Role Description

• We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to support our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic growth. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a global organization while assisting with diverse range of financial activities in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records, budgets, and forecasts.


• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.


• Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures.


• Prepare financial reports, including profit/loss statements, cash flow projections, and reconciliations.


• Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.


• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.


• Support funding, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a finance role, preferably within an agency or marketing-related industry.


• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are a plus).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in financial management tools and software.


• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
