Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in and caution deposit and all refunds on timely manner.
Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
Providing guests with information about the hotel.
Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
Answer all phone calls directed to the front desk office politely.
Respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.
Manage room assignments and all keys diligently.
Provide information on hotel services and local attractions to all customers.
Publish all digital content approved by management.
Confirm that rooms are tidy and well-kept before assigning to guest.
Handle all guests complain and refer to operation supervisor, HR, housekeepers and maintenance unit for immediate, escalate to the managing director if need arises.
Monitor all guest reviews in all OTA (Expedia, booking.com, google etc), inhouse review or feedback booklet response to these reviews on timely, also draw the management attention to all negative review for immediate action
Participate in rooms inspection and always managing the front office activities.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-15 years experience.
