Job Summary:



ABM TEK LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Accountant and Data Analyst. This dual-role position requires expertise in managing financial operations while leveraging data analytics to provide insights that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and applying data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties:




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.



Data Analysis Duties:




  • Collect, process, and analyze data related to workshop operations, including sales, expenses, and technician performance metrics.

  • Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth through data interpretation.

  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes using data-driven insights.



Qualifications and Skills:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).

  • Familiarity with data management systems and reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
