We are seeking to hire a Sales and Client Relationship Managerfor Windsor Gallery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the sales of artworkand leading the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead the Windsor Gallery sales team, focusing on achieving the monthly sales targets and business growth.
Establish new business opportunities and promote the sale of artworks.
Conduct customer visits, develop new clients, gather necessary customer information, and generate leads and business opportunities.
Oversee the development of winning strategies for business opportunities, coordinating sales strategies and other stakeholders to ensure business success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations, and influence key decision-makers.
Conduct market research and analysis, keeping abreast of competitor information and industry trends.
Build and manage the Salesteam, ensuring team empowerment, training, and effective regional management.
Possess basic knowledge of art, and demonstrate potential for consultative marketing.
Ensure excellent customer service, improving the company’s brand influence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant sales, marketing, Customer/Agent acquisition experience Job Description.
Possess extensive sales knowledge in the art industry
