We seek a Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a complex regional project. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring all activities are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate the activities of the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
Facilitate regular reporting and communication with internal and external parties. Travel to selected West African countries to supervise and support on-site activities.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in the financial or digital identity sectors.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English and French skills are an advantage.
