- Start the day with a review of overdue loan accounts and setting priorities.
- You will be tasked with Making a series of outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and updating records.
- Following up with customers who have made promises to pay.
- You will also be tasked with making calls and pushing messages to potential customers to introduce and promote new loan products for the company.
- Documenting all interactions and updating customer records.
- Meet with the team lead to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
- Ending the day by analyzing your performance and preparing for the next day.
This job is an Onsite job and you must reside around it's environs.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Our remote work is only on Saturdays.
