- This position places a strong emphasis on designing and building intricate financial models, overseeing valuation and advisory engagements, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control within the advisory function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Technical Skills
- Solid practical understanding of Financial Modelling
- Advanced analytical skill with the use of technology/software to quickly grasp other supporting software tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with buy-side documentation and rigorous execution at due-diligence stages to protect all parties
Project Management Skills
- Proficiency in the use for Project Management/Gantt Chart or similar encompassing contents, dependencies, cost within timeliness
- Excellent presentation and reporting structure to stakeholders at very senior level
- Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables
Financial Analysis & Profitability
- Conducts thorough financial analysis, including risk assessments and due diligence, to identify investment opportunities and potential challenges.
- Deal origination and ability to maintain relationship at high level
- Provides insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Follows-through with milestone payment as per engagement.
- Oversees multiple valuation and advisory engagements simultaneously from end to end
Minimum Selection Criteria:
- Proven track record of successful execution of advisory engagement and strategic leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and financial analysis.
- CFA could be an advantage
