We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Executiveto join our team an established outsourcing firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to leveraging our outsourcing services.
You will play a critical role in driving business growth, building long-lasting client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in targeted industries who may benefit from our outsourcing services.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking events, social media, and market research.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and close business deals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) in line with company policies.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions from the sales process to the execution phase of the client engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development, preferably in an outsourcing, B2B, or services industry.
Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and how they can benefit various industries.
