  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in logistics to drive sales growth and develop strategic client relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the logistics or supply chain industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively, and active clientelle database.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the logistics sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  • Monitor customer feedback and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the logistics or supply chain industry.

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
