- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of GN MFB Revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries.
- Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and mitigate credit risk.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any other relevant course of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in SME banking/lending, in any financial institution (preferably a Microfinance Bank)
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing business loans, quality portfolio.
- Good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as meet deadlines.
