Position Overview:



The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue for Alora’s product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales, particularly in hygiene or similar products, and a passion for enhancing the lives of women through quality health solutions.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners.

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.

  • Lead sales efforts to enhance performance and achieve targets.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company initiatives.

  • Engage with NGO and non-profit organizations to explore partnership opportunities and support community outreach efforts.

  • Respond to requests for tenders to secure NGO, B2B, and B2G contracts and partnerships



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, hygiene, or similar sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in the NGO or non-profit sector is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Passion for women’s health and hygiene products.
