As a Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling FINOVA core banking solution to POS companies, loan companies, Esusu companies, cooperative investment companies, mini banks, and banks. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote FINOVA core banking solution to target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with POS companies, loan companies, Esusu companies, cooperative investment companies, mini banks, and banks.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of FINOVA core banking solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve the marketing strategy.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the sales process and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, including banking, microfinance, and fintech.

- Meet monthly sales targets
- Achieve a minimum of 80% of monthly sales targets
