We are looking for an experienced storekeeper and Inventory Officer to do the following:
- Receive Raw and Packaging Materials and Finished Goods into their respective stores
- Dispense raw and packaging materials
- Carry regular stock reconciliations of raw materials and finished goods
- Track and manage the company’s inventory.
- Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
- Properly account for inventory.
- Minimize inventory wastage
- Perform all other functions as assigned by Management.
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
- Manage the store layout
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
- Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- Ensure storage of materials follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
- Assist in handling organisation's daily tasks
- Assist in packing orders
Requirements
- Minimum - OND / HND / B.Sc
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good people skills and friendly disposition
- Work experience as in a stock and Inventory related field will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State
