As an Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations of multiple automotive service centers within a designated area.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales target.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealership, distributors and key customers.
Communicate clearly to stake holders on the company’s product and promotions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Stay informed about the latest features, specifications and benefits of the company’s automobile products.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
Daily sales and marketing for assigned area.
Daily customer interaction, e.g. Mileage test, fleet owners meet, sub dealers visit.
Daily review with business manager for any operational issue and actualization of set targets.
Prepare regular sales reports to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in automotive service management, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
