We are seeking a versatile and experienced Accountant / HR professional with strong leadership and administrative skills to join our team and drive organizational excellence.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor and manage budgets to optimize cost-efficiency.

  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and liaise with tax authorities.

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Lead staffing processes, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Facilitate staff training and professional development programs.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Address employee concerns while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership across accounting and HR functions.

  • Ensure seamless administrative operations to support organizational goals.

  • Lead and inspire team members, promoting accountability and efficiency.

  • Coordinate internal processes and maintain high levels of organizational performance.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.



Requirements:




  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, HR certifications) are highly desirable.

  • At least 2+ years of combined experience in accounting, HR, and administration roles.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and HR management tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage organizational processes effectively.

  • Must live around Ajah/Sangotedo.
