Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle inquiries about hospital services, treatments, and products.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with client registration and onboarding of new patients.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for clients and their pets.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with veterinary and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience (preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Passion for pets and a basic understanding of animal care is an advantage.
