Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding pet products and supplies.


• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and labeled correctly.


• Provide information about products, including their uses and benefits.


• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store at all times.


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the store manager.


• Address customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification.


• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.


• Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus.


• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
