Role Overview:




  • We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building, optimizing, and deploying advanced AI models to power our products and services.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Design and develop advanced NLP and LLM solutions for diverse applications.

  • Optimize LLMs for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

  • Build and maintain pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models.

  • Integrate ML and NLP solutions into product ecosystems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance using metrics like accuracy, latency, and throughput.

  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

  • Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security standards.



Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in NLP and LLM development and deployment (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).

  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

  • Deep understanding of natural language processing techniques, deep learning, and transfer learning.

  • Expertise in model optimization (e.g., quantization, pruning).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience with multilingual NLP solutions and conversational AI.

  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).

  • Familiarity with large-scale distributed training and inference pipelines.

  • Publications or notable projects showcasing expertise in NLP and LLMs

  • Minimum of MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
