The Industrial Attachment Trainee is to assist in the effective running of the assigned department’s operations to achieve the set goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
- Retrieving documents and information as needed.
- Drafting and formatting correspondence, emails, and other communications.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
- Inputting and updating data into databases or spreadsheets.
- Addressing inquiries and providing information or assistance as needed
- Manage office supplies and Inventory
Qualifications and Skills
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant course
- Seeking for Industrial Attachment placement is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
