Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process to fill positions across departments, from drivers to warehouse staff.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., safety, working hours, etc.).


• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff welfare.


• Create training and development programs specific to logistics needs.


• Implement performance management systems and employee appraisal processes.
