Playing a critical role in finding the best and brightest talent in the industry, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks:




  • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to build teams

  • Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals

  • Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive 

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process

  • Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building

  • Foster long-term relationships with current talent, past and potential candidates

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential. 

  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Github and smartrecruiters  to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders

  • High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships 

  • Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
