Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Organize and attend sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
- Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in various contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
- Work with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Create detailed proposal documents and present them to clients.
- Record and maintain client contact data and sales activity records.
- Provide feedback to the team about market competition and product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.
- Ability to travel as required.
