Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring transparency and compliance with financial regulations.


• Prepare financial reports for internal use and for donors, partners, and stakeholders.


• Identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals to secure resources for programs.


• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.


• Coordinate with program teams to align fundraising goals with program needs.


• Monitor the financial perforrnance of the organization and recommend strategies for sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.


• At least 3 years of experience in financial management. fundraising, or grant writing.


• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and compliance.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and donor communications.
