- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, as required, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, generating and converting leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize analytics to monitor and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide insights to enhance the organization's competitive positioning.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year proven experience as a Digital Marketer, with a track record of successful campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
