Job Summary



As our receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations and provide exceptional service to clients and visitors. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s professional image and supporting administrative functions.



Responsibilities




  • Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace that reflects the company’s brand.

  • Respond to inquiries about the company and its range of lubricant products, directing specific product queries to the relevant team.

  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability as required.

  • Manage visitor registrations and adhere to company security policies.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
