Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, secure, and close high-impact rent and sales deals.
- Actively engage and negotiate with prospective clients to finalize property sales and rentals.
- Provide property tours and facilitate seamless transactions for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
- Secure rent listings and sales listings for onboarding onto the Homes platform.
- Maintain an updated database of properties for rent, sale, and shortlet opportunities.
- Ensure all listings meet platform requirements for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants to foster trust and repeat business.
- Provide professional guidance to clients throughout their real estate journey.
- Leverage the Interswitch brand and Homes platform to attract clients and increase deal closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote available properties through offline and online channels.
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours where necessary to showcase listings to potential clients.
- Stay updated on current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, opportunities, and challenges.
- Track, document, and report progress on monthly targets.
- Submit performance reports and key milestones to the Homes management team.
Qualification and Grade Requirements
- Age requirement: Minimum of 21 years
- Minimum of an HND or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with evidence of prior sales achievements, will be considered.
Availability:
- Agents must have flexibility to attend client meetings and property visits during and outside business hours.
Technology Requirements:
- Agents must own a smartphone and have consistent access to the internet for platform usage and communication.
