The Investment Specialist is responsible for achieving a quarterly investment target assigned through targeted acquisition and engagement of retail investors. This role focuses on driving growth by onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, and delivering value-driven investment solutions. Job Details
Target Achievement:
- Drive investment growth by achieving a quarterly target.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire retail investors and expand the customer base.
- Monitor and evaluate individual performance to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.
Customer Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard retail investors through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Educate prospective investors on available investment products and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Ensure seamless customer experience, from onboarding to investment initiation.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail investors to drive retention and repeat investments.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and offering tailored investment solutions.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance investment offerings and processes.
Market Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns targeting retail investors.
- Actively identify market opportunities and trends to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report key metrics, including funds mobilized, customer acquisition rates, and portfolio growth.
- Provide regular updates to the Investment Lead on progress toward targets and key insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment sales, or customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to achieve financial targets and build a strong investor network.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of investment products and services, with a focus on retail markets.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
