JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/Cleaner to maintain a clean and organized working environment for our company.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, meeting rooms, and offices.
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Office Assistance:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office spaces and storage areas.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in receiving and distributing packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Assist with Events and Meetings:
- Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after events or meetings
Health and Safety:
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in cleaning or office assistance preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to use cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety guidelines.
