Job Responsibilites




  • Development and nurturing of customer retention plan.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related matters.

  • Analyzing data and creating reports for insights into team operations and productivity.

  • Reaching out to big industry players in fish importation.

  • Drafting and executing a robust after sales maintenance plan that will woo big players in the fishery industry into the Organization’s maintenance/service net.

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

  • Provide regular sales report, forecasts and insights to the management.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients.

  • Manage and ensure maximum productivity across the sub branches.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients or customers, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.

  • Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of key accounts, and develop customized solutions to address their requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, and customer support, to deliver value-added services and solutions to key accounts.



Job Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
