Package: ₦170,000 net monthly + commission



Position Overview:



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our healthcare recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing medical professionals and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also contributing to business development efforts within the healthcare sector.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical organizations.

  • Leverage an established network within the healthcare sector to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.

  • Proactively seek new business development opportunities within the healthcare industry to expand the client base.

  • Track and report on recruitment performance, including key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Support clients in retaining and engaging placed candidates, ensuring a positive ongoing relationship.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

  • Strong network and connections within the healthcare sector.

  • Proven experience in recruiting medical professionals across various specialties.

  • Excellent candidate management skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

  • Strong business development capabilities with a results-driven approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value recruitment deals.
