Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment failures and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available for maintenance tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize production disruptions.
Reporting: Generate maintenance reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the tiles or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, systems, and machinery.
Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
